Small Special Needs School in London England requires a full time therapist to work with 16 children who have mild to moderate special needs, many on the autistic spectrum. Children are seen in one to one sessions and therapy is brought into the classroom through a team teaching approach. Every teacher and therapist works with every child and each child's plan is written collaboratively. The teaching team is International, headed by the Head Teacher and Director who are American. The school is unusual in almost every aspect and is considered the best environment in London for children who do not fit into mainstream nor in special units for severe needs.
