Judy Kaseloo, MA, CCC-SLP, is a lead school-based SLP employed with Colonial Heights Public Schools.

Somer Stone, MEd, CCC-SLP, CAS, is a school-based SLP employed by Waynesboro Public Schools. She currently services elementary, high, and post-high students. She received her undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology, with a double minor in Special Education and Psychology, from Old Dominion University in 2021, and a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2023. Somer received a Certified Autism Specialist credential in 2025. She currently serves as a leadership member of the SHAV Schools Group and volunteers on various SHAV subcommittees.

R.J. Risueño, PhD, CCC-SLP, is an Assistant Professor of Speech-Language Pathology at Old Dominion University and a certified bilingual speech-language pathologist. He leads the Risueño Lab for Language and Literacy, which focuses on
improving early identification and intervention of language-based learning disabilities, such as dyslexia and developmental language disorder, for monolingual and multilingual children. His work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and implementation science, both of which he has presented on nationally and internationally.

Dr. Seijra Toogood is a school-based SLP in Fairfax County Public Schools. Her 25 years of experience include a clinical specialty and research interest in bilingualism and bilingual assessments of school-age children. Seijra is a Past President of the Speech-Language Hearing Association of Virginia (SHAV) and current ASHA Committee of Ambassadors and Communication Disorders Foundation (CDF) Board Member. She has served as the Chair of the ASHA Government Affairs and Public Policy Board (GAPPB), Leadership Development Program (LDP) graduate, Cultural and Linguistic Diverse (CLD) topic committee member, Leadership Development Program Health Care Reviewer, and General Cohort reviewer.
